Individual treatement is for anyone who would like to learn how to control the impact of stress on their emotional and physical health. You may be depressed, anxious, concerned about weight management, fertility health, cardiovascular health, or changing health behaviours like smoking and overuse of alcohol. Treatment plans are tailored to your individual needs following an initial assessment. Become aware of your stress profile and learn new behaviours that will improve your quality of life and help you maintain optimal physical and emotional health.
  
Biofeedback
Biofeedback is a learning process in which people are taught to improve their health and performance by observing signals generated by their own bodies. We teach patients how their thoughts and emotions impact their heart rate, breathing, and skin temperature, and how to control these physical responses to influence optimal health.
Biofeedback promotes sustained changes in thinking, emotions, physical state, and behaviour, improving physical and emotional health problems
