B.S.C provides a combination of active and passive modality to assist people with pain relief acute or chronic. Low level laser therapy and dry needling therapy are effectively used in the management of pain. Please note: we do not provide massage services.

Arthritis ACT conducts Take Charge of Pain Workshops at various times throughout the year. The course, presented by Arthritis ACT, offers you the opportunity to spend some time looking at your world and seeing how you can manage pain from many different angles. AH 
-  Consists of physiotherapy & psychologist with interest / experience in chronic pain.
-  1:1 clinic time reviewing patients, pain program, MDT meeting / CPD / research / ward up-skilling (in-services etc)
Pain Specialist
-  2 pain specialists working 2-3hrs/week for MDT discussion (via telehealth, ~20mins per patient) & 1.5 days / month in person for clinic atten

Wagga Wagga Base Hospital -  Chronic Pain Service

PainMed - Penrith

This service provides medical assessment, and intervention in managing patients who are suffering from chronic pain.
Patients are referred to Allied Health Clinics for various forms of intervention, such as physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology and nurse led clinics. Where neccessary this may include home assessments when indicated.
