Young Health Service

Phyiostherapy and OT assessment focused on older person with falls risk.  Individual physiotherapy assessment completed to determine suitablity for group exercise programs (faciliatated by AHA) offered onsite or self paced program.  Individual OT assessment completed in the person's home with recommendations that can include home modifcations, assistive technology and equipment and education.
