Wellness and Lifeskills Consulting work with those in the community experiencing difficult changes. Utilising CBT, ACT, MI and other modalities of counselling.

This service also offers counselling for adults, adult carers, veterans, people with mental health issues and those with drug and/ or alcohol issues. Additionally, they offer services via phone and internet (telehealth) as well as face-to-face consultations.
