The Psych Approach provides personalised psychological support for children, adolescents, adults, and families. We support anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, neurodivergence, school and life transitions, and relationship challenges. Our work draws on CBT, ACT, DBT-informed, play- and art-based, trauma- and attachment-informed approaches always tailored to the individual.

A Geriatrician is available for review of individuals on an outpatient basis.
The clinic service liaise with the Intake Unit and Aged Care Shared Care regarding follow-up required. A clinical nurse consultant attends all Geriatric Clinic appointments.
