Uniting Seniors Gym provides a safe and supportive environment for over 60's to recover from illness or injury, manage pain and/or improve their fitness in a like-minded and social community.

We have a team of accredited exercise physiologists, exercise scientists and personal trainers who work with each client to develop an exercise program tailored to each individuals needs and goals plus our gym equipment is ergonomically designed for Seniors.
