Myhealth Mortlake Medical Centre is a state-of-the-art medical practice located in a purpose-built facility, offering general practice, allied health, nursing care and specialist paediatric services. Formally known as MedPlaza, the practice was established in 2006 as the first medical centre in the Mortlake/Breakfast Point area. Over the years, it has built strong, long-standing relationships with patients and the local community.
