This service assist clients in navigating the disability service system by providing information, advice and support when decisions need to be made.
This includeds helping clients understand their National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plan and connecting them with  people and support systems. 
Ultimately, building confidence and skills so clients can control their funding.

A Break Disability and Respite Services

MyTime peer support groups are for anyone caring for a child with a disability or chronic medical condition ages 0-16years of age. This is a government funded service and is free to eligible families.

Coffs Harbour MyTime

The aim is to ensure families and carers of people living with a mental illness receive appropriate support, information, education and skill development to fulfill their caring role, while maintaining their own health and well being. Services include Carer Education and Training, Information and referral, and Support Groups for Carers.

Wauchope Easy Breathers

One Door Carer Advocates deliver this program to those who support someone living with a mental illness. Carer Advocates give you practical support providing you with information to cope, help in building a network of support people, assistance in navigating the mental health system and how to care for yourself. Our Carer Advocates are also available to help you access local supports and services you need but may not know exist.
