Cobram Physiotherapy Clinic

Hydrotherapy is a physiotherapy treatment carried out in water. It is conducted and supervised by a physiotherapist. The aim of Hydrotherapy is the rehabilitation of neurological, musculoskeletal and / or cardiovascular function of the individual.

The Hydrotherapy Program is held weekly at the Seymour Sports and Aquatic Centre.

For further information and to enrol in the program, contact us at the Ambulatory Care Centre. We are open Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm

Integral Movement - Exercise Physiology

Hydrotherapy involves treatment and exercise in a warm water pool which can have many benefits. It can help with relaxation, relieve pain, loosen stiff joints, strengthen muscles and improve balance, coordination and general fitness. We offer hydrotherapy as individual or group sessions, or as self-help warm water exercise groups that are volunteer led. An individual assessment by a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist is required before starting.
