This service is provided to inpatients of Maryborough Hospital, outpatients & residents of Maryborough and Dunolly Nursing Homes.  A Physiotherapist is involved in delivery of Cardiac Rehab Phase 2, Fitness for older Adults classes & Asthma Management classes

Hours: A physiotherapist is available Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 4.30pm.

Provides services to clients, particularly the frail aged, who require the assessment and management of: - Mobility needs to enable them to maintain maximum independence - Capacity to participate in exercise programs - Neurological and musculoskeletal conditions. This includes Physio Gym for Stroke that provides ongoing support and management for people in the community who have suffered a stroke.

Provides physiotherapy services throughout the Ballarat & surrounding region. Client centred physiotherapy consultations are conducted in clinic or in the clients home environment.
Incorporates manual therapy, exercise therapy, remedial massage therapy, KLT functional strength training, pilates & education.
