 A physiotherapy information session is an opportunity for you to come with your questions covering the first year post-natal. Provides information about your health such as post natal recovery exercises and general exercise advice, back and pelvic care, wrist, feet, knees and general musculoskeletal care, and pelvic floor, bladder and bowel issues.  Also provides information for your baby regarding tummy time ideas, head shape issues, head preferences and positional talipes.

Women, Youth and Children Community Based Physiotherapy Service

Physiotherapy appointments can be made by phoning Community Health Intake on 02 6207 9977 between 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm Wednesdays (excluding public holidays).

Service available at Tuggeranong Community Health Centre - Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Please phone to make an appointment.

Please bring any relevant medical investigations or results and Blue Book if appointment is for your baby.

We provide physiotherapy services for TMJ, chests, postoperative rehabilitation of orthopedic conditions, post mastectomy, assessment of general skeletal conditions including, sports, running injuries, occupational health and work related injuries, Women's health, antenatal, postnatal individual, musculoskeletal problems during pregnancy, incontinence (men and women) and physical management of Osteoporosis, spinal and pelvic dysfunction.

Appointments are required and fees apply for services.
