The Community Development Officer is available to coordinate/facilitate the design and implementation of strategies to help lessen the social and health impact of drought on communities and individuals.

The Community Development Officer will work with communities to develop a work plan in consultation with the Social Recovery Committee to support and encourage community self-reliance and, where possible, add to sustainable social infrastructure of Buloke Shire communities.
