Service Description
Screening assessment conducted by a speech pathologist in the kindergarten setting.  The aim is to identify pre-school children with speech or language problems prior to school entry.

Dhelkaya Health

Speech Pathology assesses and treats people who have a communication disability. The service helps with all aspects of communication, including speech, writing, reading, signs, symbols and gestures. Adults affected by stroke, acquired brain injury (ABI), neurological degenerative conditions eg Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, voice, stuttering and swallowing. Children with a range of developmental delays and communication difficulties, including speech and language delays, literacy diffulties, auditory processing disorder, childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), stuttering, voice disorders, swallowing and feeding difficulties.
