The aim is to ensure families and carers of people living with a mental illness receive appropriate support, information, education and skill development to fulfill their caring role, while maintaining their own health and well being. Services include Carer Education and Training, Information and referral, and Support Groups for Carers.

MyTime peer support groups are for anyone caring for a child with a disability or chronic medical condition ages 0-16years of age. This is a government funded service and is free to eligible families.
