Telephone support at any hour of the day or night to people passing through a personal crisis and those who are in danger of committing suicide.

Samaritans Western Australia

A program supporting young people, up to 25 years old who care for a family member experiencing a physical or intellectual disability, mental health issues, alcohol and other drug related issues and/or chronic illness. Supports young carers through family case management, personalised support/ advice, advocacy, organising recreational activities, information and educational support and skills development.

CYCLOPS ACT

Focus on young people who are homeless or are at risk of. 

Services include: GPs, nurses, antenatal care, smoking cessation support, case management, youth work support in addition to outreach to schools, information, education, and advocacy on health issues affecting young people in the Canberra region.

Please note that patients must be eligible for a Medicare card in order to access this service. Special consideration to non-Medicare patients will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The Junction Youth Health Service

Provides outreach support to women and children in crisis and surviving domestic/family violence. Support includes advocacy, mediation, referrals and court support.

Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, we have a 24 hour emergency phone line.

Doris Women's Refuge

Outreach service is available for continence, liver and stomal therapies by specialist nurses. Please call 02 6330 5677 to confirm service availability.

FLYHT Fairfield Liverpool Youth Health Team Carramar

Home support services including shopping services, multicultural Neighbour Aid, Centre based day care for frail aged, community visitor program. Programs include Boarding House Outreach Service, information & referral, home & social support for older residents, social support for people with disability, community visitor scheme, group and assisted shopping services.

Newtown Neighbourhood Centre

Works with people aged 16-65 who have a mental illness. Programs provide a range of activities that are tailored to meet individual needs and focus on assisting clients to maintain or improve their community living skills and options.
