We offer bespoke counselling in Canberra and online that is tailored to our clients to meet individual needs and to help navigate life s challenges. We are dedicated to helping individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences, with a commitment to inclusivity and understanding. We have experience of working with neurodiverse clients and know the importance of creating a safe, adaptable space for all.

Umbrella Counselling

Make an initial appointment for us to meet and learn a bit about each other, then an initial 3 or 4 sessions is recommended to begin.
