The Junction

The Junction runs a service known as The JunctionHUB . This operates as a youth friendly intake service where young people (12–24yrs) and their families will be actively linked to available services, programs or information that best supports their needs. As a service it aims to address barriers for young people to community participation with a focus on health, social connectedness and pathways to education, training and employment.

A free service for any young person 12-25.  We can help you if you have any worries, do not feel well, not sleeping enough, are feeling stressed, sad, drinking or smoking  too much – anything that does not feel right! You can talk to professionals who are specially trained to help young people, deal with all the health problems you may have... even those really private ones!

You can access GP’s (Doctors), Nurses, Telehealth (Psychiatrists), Youth Health Practitioners, Psychologists, Youth Workers, Occupational Therapists, Drug and Alcohol workers – and if we do not have what you need, we can help find it for you.
