Whether in person, by phone, or online, clients receive support in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger management, and low self-esteem.

For adults with ADHD, assists with goal development and action plans, to achieve short and long-term objectives within personal, professional, and social life. Assists with planning, organisation and time management challenges and provide education about ADHD.

Also provides coaching for parents of children diagnosed with ADHD.
