This service unit is for Pelvic Pain Service. This is a multidisciplinary pelvic pain model of care which offers specialist assessment of the physical, psychological, and sociological factors contributing to pain in individuals where pain is complex. Types of pain include:
Abdominal, pelvic pain, dysmenorrhoea, painful micturition, dyspareunia, vulval pain and pain unrelated to menstrual cycle.

Consultant service for the diagnosis, management and treatment of women with gynaecological issues involving the vulva.Vulval & vaginal punch and excisional biopsies, Pudendal blocks and trigger point injections (pain), Intradermal / intralesional steroid injection (derm conditions), Deroofing procedures (hidradenitis suppurativa), Marsupialisation of Bartholins, Whole lower genital tract surveillance (eg colposcopy) for vulvovaginal/perianal precancers.

Referral-based urogynaecology unit that offers assessment of pelvic floor prolapse, urinary incontinence, bladder pain, voiding dysfunction, and pelvic floor injuries. Specialists will make initial assessments, arrange for Urodynamics as needed, and offer interventions like pessaries, surgery, physiotherapy, and medications.  Cystoscopy and intravesical treatments may be recommended and undertaken in the Urodynamics and Urogynaecology Procedure Service.
