Tallangatta Health Service

Services are provided in the HACC and multidisciplinary Rehabilitation programs, both at the centre and in people's homes. Occupational Therapists are able to visit older adults in their homes, to provide assessment, advice and assistance to improve their safety and independence. The Occupational Therapist liaises with other agencies to facilitate access and participation in activities and access to aids and equipment where appropriate.
