Mental Health Link Team

The Community Recovery Service (CRS) provides treatment and care for people 18-65 years of age with serious and enduring mental illness or dysfunction. The CRS focus on recovery and include:  medical reviews, clinical management, assistance with accessing the National Disability Insurance Scheme and other community supports and involvement with specialised clinics for people prescribed Clozapine.

Community Recovery Service - City

 The Therapies team provides psychological, psychosocial, functional, and occupation-focused interventions for adults aged 18-64 experiencing moderate to severe mental health concerns. Adults over 65 are considered on a case-by-case basis. The team's role is to offer targeted psychological and occupational therapy interventions for individuals who cannot access these services elsewhere in the community.

The Assertive Community Outreach Service (ACOS) provide long-term clinical management, treatment, and care in the community for adults who have severe and long-lasting signs of psychosis and complex needs.
