Our team of Clinical and Consulting Psychologists provide interventions for range of emotional and health concerns. Evidence-based strategies are available for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, sleep, fatigue, intimacy/sexual wellbeing OCD, workplace stress, health anxiety, carer support, and managing health conditions such as cancer, chronic pain, genetic conditions, long COVID, and POTS.

She works holistically, drawing from a range of therapies to bring about effective change.

My approach is flexible and tailored to the client's needs and preferences. I combine practical cognitive and behavioural strategies with Focusing-Oriented Therapy, an experiential, body-based and evidence-based practice, to bring deeper self-understanding and clarity of direction.
