Specialist Palliative Care is provided by medical, nursing and allied health care professionals who have advanced knowledge, skills and expertise in care of people living with a life limiting illness, and their families and carers, who have health care needs which require complex care, including management of symptoms, loss, grief and bereavement.

Nowra Community Health Centre Palliative Care

The Clare Holland House Inpatient Unit (Hospice) provides specialist medical palliative care to patients in the ACT and surrounding region. All patients must be assessed by the palliative care specialists before being admitted into the Clare Holland House Inpatient Unit.
