The Royal North Shore Hospital Community Aboriginal Health Service provides consultation and advice to health services across NSLHD that engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders.  A 48-hour follow-up service is provided by a registered nurse to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients discharged from hospital.

Tresillian Family Care Centre - Canterbury Parent's Help Line

This service will be responsible for coordinating evidence-based health promotion intervention programs such as HEAL and Healthy Aging, that address the prevention of chronic disease, with a focus on physical activity and falls prevention in the populations of Western New South Wales. Clinics will largely be grouped based and provided face to face, virtual or else hybrid with support from Allied Health Assistants on-site, Rural Health Graduates, Health Promotion officers and Administrations.
