Springs Medical Centre provide an on-call visiting medical service between the hours of 7am - 11pm and may charge a fee for their service. Between the hours of 11pm and 7am the registered nurse will refer cases to Ballarat Health Services Emergency Department for advice. The attending doctor will determine the fee in conjunction with the client. Bulk billing may be available. Patients who require transfer to larger treating hospitals are responsible for the ambulance fee.
