Unmask Therapy is a Melbourne-based counselling practice offering supportive therapy for adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. We work with people navigating anxiety, burnout, identity questions, neurodivergence, and life transitions. Therapy at Unmask is not about fixing you  it s about making sense of your story, building self-compassion, and creating space for change at your own pace in a calm, respectful environment.

Kind Heart Counselling

Provides services to people of refugee and asylum seeker backgrounds in Victoria who have experienced torture or other traumatic events in their country of origin or while fleeing those countries. 

Services provided by Foundation House include counselling and advocacy, mental health consultation and natural therapies. We run community programs, support groups, school and youth based programs.
