The members of this group are able to restore either their own pieces of furniture or work on a group project.  Consumers have creative control over their own furniture and are also able to learn to French Polish.

-- Woodwork
A  woodwork group where people are able to make various items which they can then take home.  People are able to use scrap wood available to make CD racks, magazine holders, chopping boards and key holders.

A group learning skills for gardening, including vocational skills and rotates around the homes of group members as requested.

Ballarat Community Health - Wendouree

Ballarat Community Health provides quality confidential community based health services enabling people of all ages to attain and maintain optimal health and well being. Services include Health Promotion, Alcohol/Drug services, Mental Health programs, Counseling, Youth Housing, Refugee Health and Support Services, Community Health nursing, Clinical and Allied health advice and assessments, General Practice Clinics, Sexual health Clinic, Workplace Health checks. Services are provided from six main sites located in Central Ballarat, Ballarat East, Sebastopol, Smythesdale, Wendouree and Wendouree West. Outreach clinics and services are also delivered at a number of locations throughout the Central Highlands. The Centre is an accredited community health service provider through the Quality Improvement Council and has 3 year accreditation under the Quality Improvement Community Services Accreditation of Victoria (QICSA).

Ann Rose Psychology provides psychology services to people of Ballarat and surrounding districts. The practice is located in a peaceful garden setting that has free parking or is easily accessible by public transport.
Ann also provides a regular service from the Skipton campus of the Beaufort and Skipton Health Service.

David Hyatt (MAPS)

The Cognitive, Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) provides specialist multidisciplinary referral, education and advisory service for people experiencing memory loss, confusion or thinking (cognitive) problems and for their carers, and families.
Symptoms may include: Short term memory loss; personality changes - frustration or anger; loss of ability to do everyday tasks, failure to recognise familiar people or objects; wandering; anxiety; mobility impairment; incontinence; pain or speech difficulties.

CDAMS provides:
-- Expert clinical diagnosis.
-- Assessment of the impact of any impairment within the home or other familiar environment.
-- Education, support and advice.
-- Linkages to appropriate service via a general practitioner or principal care provider.
-- Referral, if appropriate, of clients or carers to other service providers.
