The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is a 6-week program consisting of education, support and supervised exercise. 
Aimed at both disease prevention and cardiac rehabilitation. 

Suitable for: 
people who have had heart disease or heart surgery
people who have been identified with high cholesterol, high blood pressure, overweight, lack of fitness or diabetes
