Mount Perry Health Centre - Nurse Led Clinic

Mount Perry Health Service Centre is a primary health community clinic staffed from 9.00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Services provided include outpatients, and community home visits. Visiting Allied Health Services include child health, immunisation clinics, physiotherapy, dietician, speech pathology, diabetes education, social work, podiatry and Womens Health. A visiting private GP clinic also attends the health centre.

Appointment are required in the afternoon. 

Mount Perry Health Centre

Accident and Emergency services A general Outpatient Department for non-urgent conditions staffed by qualified nursing staff. Nursing staff are available to assess and treat patients in consultation with hospital doctor

Baralaba Multi Purpose Health Service

The health centre is a walk-in, drop-in clinic.
