Parents Beyond Breakup provides free, confidential telephone information and peer-support for separated, non-custodial parents experiencing distress through parental alienation.

We provide free, confidential telephone support on our national Helpline, as well as peer support for fathers, mothers and their families through our Peer Support Groups.

Our frontline services include our Suicide Helpline and our Peer Support Groups - Dads in Distress (DIDS) and Mums in Distress (MIDS).

Psych2U

Mental Health Carers Australia is the only national advocacy group solely concerned with the well-being and promotion of the needs of mental health carers. Member organisations have been providing information and support to carers across Australia for over 40 years. The organisation advocates on behalf of mental health carers, exploring and strengthening the mental health caring role, developing knowledge, improving skills and offering support to reduce isolation and enhance the caring journey.

Objectives are to improve the quality and quantity of mental health support services available to people with mental illness and their families. Supporting the sector through projects in training, service integration and industry development and is working to reduce stigma and increase awareness through coordinating and promoting Mental Health Week activities in SA.

Provides support to families where a family member has a mental health issue and aims to reduce family stress in dealing with a mental health issue, reduce the incidence of associated breakdown in families, and increase the community's awareness and capacity to understand and respond to families impacted by a mental health issue.
