Depending on your symptoms and the reason for your visit, we may also talk about sleep, diet, digestion, stress, your environment, any previous illnesses or troubles you may have had, or what other areas are affected either directly or indirectly as a result of your complaint. 

During your consultation we will also discuss your treatment options and develop a treatment plan, including expected outcomes and time frame involved. Subsequent appointments are shorter to fit into busy lifestyles. Treatment options may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, dietary advice and planning according to Chinese medicine theory.
