Samaritans Western Australia

A program supporting young people, up to 25 years old who care for a family member experiencing a physical or intellectual disability, mental health issues, alcohol and other drug related issues and/or chronic illness. Supports young carers through family case management, personalised support/ advice, advocacy, organising recreational activities, information and educational support and skills development.

CYCLOPS ACT

Focus on young people who are homeless or are at risk of. 

Services include: GPs, nurses, antenatal care, smoking cessation support, case management, youth work support in addition to outreach to schools, information, education, and advocacy on health issues affecting young people in the Canberra region.

Please note that patients must be eligible for a Medicare card in order to access this service. Special consideration to non-Medicare patients will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
