Gulargambone Multi Purpose Service is a small rural non-acute hospital and health service. It provides high care and low care residential aged care services and a range of primary and community health services. It provides a range of services including acute care, Child and Family Health, General Medicine, Heart, Residential Aged Care, Respiratory, nursing home care.

Boggabri John Prior Multi Purpose Service provides a range of acute and community- based services to the community of Boggabri. 

Services include an inpatient service, residential aged care including respite, community health, child and family health nurse, 24-hour emergency department, X-ray and inpatient pathology service and a needle exchange program to the community.
