Additional information
The clinic aims to care for older patients and their carers, after treatment in the Emergency Department (ED) or as an inpatient. Patients undertake assessments and are provided with regular ongoing treatment for different types of dementia. Patients are also provided with comprehensive geriatric assessment and management. These services are provided in the outpatient clinic or if required, in the home depending upon the patient's needs.
