We use medical nutrition therapy for:
Nutrition deficiencies, malnutrition
Restricted diets: texture modified diets, fussy eaters (SOS and responsive feeding approach), food allergy or intolerances- often seen with ASD and ADHD.
Heart health- hypertension, cholesterol, stroke
Diabetes / pre-diabetes
Bowel health: IBS, constipation, diarrhoea, reflux
Weight management- portion control, meal planning, emotional eating/cravings
Mental Health: mood and behaviour management
