This service provides psychological support to children through to young adults who are experiencing difficulties relating to: anxiety, depression, panic, self-esteem, bullying, social skills, relationships, and stress.
This service utilises evidence based treatments; which can include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other scientifically validated approaches including Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to meet the specific needs of each individual.
