Additional information
Offers continuity of care for families antenatally, during the birthing experience and following birth. Inpatient services are provided for some complications of pregnancy, normal and complicated labours and postnatal care. Assisted births including caesareans and epidural anaesthetics are also available. Postnatal care includes assistance in adjusting to the new role of parenting and advocation of breast-feeding. Telephone advice is available 24 hours a day.
