BreastScreen NSW provides free breast screening for clients with no breast symptoms.
A breast screen (also known as a mammogram) is an x-ray of your breast to check for
cancer. For clients aged 50–74 a free breast screen every two years is the best way to find
breast cancer early. Women aged 50–74 are invited to screen every two years. Women in
their 40s and over 75 are also welcome, but we recommend you speak with your doctor
first.
