Additional information
Free, home based service for women and families experiencing emotional difficulties during pregnancy and after childbirth. The service provides assessment, education, counselling and facilitation of support groups. Aims to develop integrated pathways for Peri Natal Mental Health care and improve outcomes for new mothers experiencing mental health problems which may include post natal depression.
