The Pharmacy Department provides clinical services which include medication order reviews, provision of medication counselling to patient and/or relative, maintenance of patient medication profile, drug information, adverse drug reaction monitoring and reporting, detection and reporting of medication errors, staff education, drug utilisation reviews, dispensing inpatient, outpatient, weekend leave and discharge and the distribution of drugs.
