Clinical review for babies who were discharged from the NICU or Midwifery @ Home Service at Westmead Hospital. Babies are reviewed by a Clinical Fellow for prolonged jaundice, weight gain issues, G6PD counselling, follow-up of outstanding blood tests, etc.
