Additional information
Community based rehabilitation programs for working aged adults living in central west NSW with cognitive, behavioural and physical difficulties associated with a severe and sudden onset brain injury. Therapy is provided by a multidisciplinary team including Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist and Social Worker using a case management model.
There is a case management service for school aged children with an acquired brain injury.
