with obesity & lymphoedema. Lipoedema is a chronic condition characterised by a painful
& abnormal accumulation of fat in the hips, thighs, buttocks, legs & sometimes arms. The
legs may be swollen, bruise easily, feel tender & uncomfortable. Sufferers of early-stage

to build up. The fat can't be exercised or dieted away.
