Barrenjoey Psychology is a team of psychologists and clinical psychologists on the northern beaches of Sydney. We support people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. Models of therapy we use include mindfulness-based therapy, schema-based therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy or CBT. Cognitive behaviour therapy is based on changing unhelpful patterns of thinking and reacting. In our treatment we use evidence-based therapies.
