Head to Health- Baw Baw Hub provides free short-term mental health support to individuals from the community of all ages.The Hub provides mild to moderate mental health support and offers face-to-face, telehealth or video appointments from a multi-disciplinary mental health team.This service is fully funded to support clients from the following Victorian shires: Baw Baw, Latrobe, Bass Coast, South Gippsland Shire.**Head to Health is not a crisis support service.**
