"The Rural Generalist NP clinic has been established to support community members that may require non-urgent medical attention to provide support and reviiew of:
- recent medical diagnosis,
- provide ongoing management to the community member if unable to be referred to other health practitioners.
- provide a servcie to support ED avoidance
It will be coordinated out of community facilities and will use a multi-model of virtual care and face to face service depending on needs of the consumer.
