We start with a half hour initial appointment, to learn about your diet, lifestyle and goals as well as set your first tweak. For the next 4 weeks, we will have a 15 minute appointment to debrief your tweak and implement a new one. To end the 6 weeks we will have another 30 minute appointment to reflect and review your progress to achieving your initial goal(s).
