Adeline is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology and has worked in the area of mental health since 2006. She has formal education & training in child, developmental, clinical psychology, philosophy & is a secular yoga teacher. She understands the mind, body & soul connection. She works best with women above 25 years who want to engage in longer term therapy to increase self-awareness, reflect, introspect, identify & change maladaptive patterns to live their authentic & valued life.
