Adelaide Women's Trauma and Grief Therapy, run by accredited mental health social worker Edie Mortensen, provides counselling for trauma and grief, including bereavement, losses, PTSD, complex trauma, and relational trauma. Modalities used include CBT, EMDR, DBT and mindfulness practices. Edie has an interest in women’s mental health, while also offering support to people of all gender identities and cultural backgrounds. Medicare rebates available. Appointment waiting time is around 2-3 weeks.
