6S PHYSIO is a Central Coast physiotherapy clinic conveniently located in Tumbi Umbi, Ettalong Beach and Umina Beach NSW, providing hands-on physio, exercise-based rehab, high powered laser treatment, shockwave, and has special interests in knee pain and rehab, heel pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, post-op rehab, work injury rehab. Clients consult with us when they are looking to move out of pain and towards performance. We explain what is going on, and deliver a plan and targeted treatment.
